Most people call me Phyona, but I'll answer to both. First, thank you for being here. And if you really think about it, you've infinitely existed… so it's about time you showed up.

I've set a rather lofty dream for this chapter of my life, which is to one day become your favorite chocolatier. To earn that honor, I've been privileged to train under some of the world's finest at Valrhona, École Chocolat, and the Pastry Academy in Las Vegas. I've earned my Level 2 Chocolate Tasting certification and remain a perpetual student, devouring books on the chemistry and craft of chocolate.

The plan is to win you over slowly but surely, through exquisite bonbons, intimate tastings, and ethically sourced cacao. After that? The rest is up to you.

Along the way, I hope each experience becomes a sweet, ephemeral reminder for you to always dream big. I hope to embolden the dreamer in you, just as you have emboldened me by being here.
